Self Portrait
This was a project where instead of illustrating who I am, I had to depict who I am not. As a photographer, I landed on representing myself from the perspective of a model. I was told what to do and what to wear. I had no say in what images were chosen to submit. It was incredible to put myself in these shoes. I was frustrated with no being able to have a choice, but found deep respect for the people that do this for a living. It is harder than it looks. I felt uncomfortable and vulnerable, but looking back on these images it was also quite empowering.
